There is a COB meeting at the Ross Ragland Theater, 218 N. 7th Street in Klamath Falls, about the Japanese buying the COB permits on November 8th, at 7 p.m. Public comment on the sale will be that day and due date for written comments are due November 16th by 4 pm to Adam Bless, Oregon Department of Energy 625 Marion St. NE, Salem, Oregon 97301.
