Time to Take Action
Our Klamath Basin Water Crisis
Upholding rural Americans' rights to grow food,
own property, and caretake our wildlife and natural resources.

Finally the residents & property owners of Siskiyou County may have been heard. Not everyone is in favor of "your" dam removal.

A lot of us enjoy the life and the eco-system that is now here along the Klamath River Basin.

We can not go back to the "good old days". To do that would not only destroy the current eco-system, but would destroy the very fish you proclaim you want to save.

Save these fish by stopping the pollution and poisoning of the river by all the illegal meth labs that have been dumped or are currently dumping waste into the river.

Stop netting all of the salmon at the mouth of the Klamath and give them a chance to return to their spawning ground.

You are as much a source of the problem, or more so, than any of the dams, hydro- power plants, or the common blue-green algae.

You and your tribe are not the only people that live in this area. Let's solve the problems together, not create more.

Sincerely, N. Grant Yreka, CA
