"I was at the meeting and it was entirely consumed with an examination of the same water model we looked at last time and that Bureau of Reclamation had previously discussed with the Water Users Assoc.  We looked at ten or so iterations of this model and I feel we are becoming familiar with its possibilities for helping us all achieve some water balance in the Basin.  We are hoping to get the results of our evaluations out throughout the Basin ASAP so that everyone can see what is available/possible and have the opportunity to provide their input."
