BEING HAD

by Glen Bowles, Klamath Falls,
May 22, 2003

The fleecy clouds fill the blue.

A gust of breeze passing by.

A peep hole yet still remains

as drops of tears fall from the sky.

The bare ground shows a need of love

to bring forth fruit to fill mans need.

Sprouts of joy must show themselves

from the hearts of fertile seeds.

Homesteaders stand up and war

against a governments demise,

showing strength so they may learn

to quiet chaos , bring hope and peace.

It leaves no hope or joyfulness.

They feel the wrong, it is so sad

knowing within each weary heart,

that all's not well. They have been had..
