Yes.  I expect to post a draft agenda several weeks before the meeting at http://www.edsheets.com/Klamathdocs.html.  It will include public comment periods.

There are no transcripts or audio recordings of KBCC meetings; a summary of the meeting will be posted on the website.  The Redding meeting is open to the public.  The status of the draft Drought Plan is on the agenda for the December meeting; if it is complete, there will be copies at the meeting.

Hi Ed Sheets,

I understand you are the contact person for the Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement. There was public comments at your October meeting in Klamath Falls. Could I get from you a transcript and/or audio of the public comments?

Also, is the December meeting in Redding open to the public.

I read that the Klamath drought plan would be completed in November. Could I get a copy of that?

Thank you very much,
